General Policy
At Luxe Night Shop, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free from makeup, stains, deodorant, or perfume
All original tags must be attached (including security tags)
We recommend trying items carefully to ensure they remain eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Final sale items
Certain hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., swimwear, intimate wear)
Please check product descriptions before purchasing.
Important Notice
Do not send items back to the shipping address on your package.
Returns sent to the wrong address will not be processed.
Responsibility & Shipping
We handle returns differently based on the situation:
We cover return costs if:
Item is defective or damaged
Wrong product was delivered
Customer covers return costs if:
Size doesn’t fit
You changed your mind
Missing or Undelivered Orders
If an item is missing → we will resend or refund
If delivery fails → we will assist with re-delivery
Orders rejected by customer are not eligible for refunds (store credit may be issued)
Size Issues
We understand sizing can be tricky.
We offer free size exchanges (one-time per item)
Returns for sizing issues may require customer-paid shipping
For best results, contact us before ordering for sizing guidance.
Exchanges
Each item can be exchanged once
If upgrading → pay the price difference
If downgrading → difference refunded (if applicable)
Return Fees
We offer two return methods:
Self-shipping (recommended)
Prepaid return label (if available)
If using a prepaid label, a small return fee (~10% of item value) may be deducted.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24–72 hours of placing them.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing time: 5–7 business days
Bank processing: 5–10 additional days
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 days, contact us.
